If you forgot your password or otherwise can’t access your account, you can reset your password. To reset your password—
- Look for Forgot your password? on the login page
- Click or tap Reset it
- Enter your email address
- Click or tap Reset Password
- Check your email for the reset email confirmation and follow the steps
If you don’t see the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
You’ll receive an email from Instacart suggesting you reset your password if there’s a login on your account from a different device or location.
Sometimes Instacart may suspend customer accounts as a security measure to prevent fraud. Our top priority is keeping your personal information secure.
If your account appears to be suspended, you won’t be able to place any orders. Please reach out to Instacart Customer Experience, and we can assist you.
